I was thinking about religion the other day, something I do very often. Being agnostic, my mind is home to many strange ideas, and I had quite the strange/radical thought; The Old Testament is ripe with God's wrath, when he wasn't setting gays on fire, or flooding the world, he was electrocuting people. The New Testament, however, is Jesus coming to earth, to redeem mankind, which made me think "What if Jesus was also sent to redeem some God's wrong doings?" A thought which will get my ass kicked by the pope, but you have to admit, it makes a little sense. Man is imperfect, and I think if God (The Christian one at least.) is real, and he made man in his image, would he not be an imperfect god? Just some food for thought.
